Quella della famiglia Ragonici è una Robiola fresca a forma cilindrica di colore bianco avorio e dalla consistenza compatta con piccolissime occhiature. La crosta è leggermente ruvida ed elastica. Il latte ovino con la quale è prodotta gli dona delicatezza e una leggera nota di latte cotto. Rispetto a quella di capra conserva una minore acidità e una miglior degustazione.
